Titleist wanted to release a club with the "feel and looks of the AP2 but with the forgiveness of the AP1." After testing them for 2 month we can't say anything else to that statement. These clubs are probably the best Titleist ever made.

Let's start with the looks. For people arguing if it really looks like the adorable AP1, yes it does, here is a picture of them right next to each other at the bottom.



It may look like the AP2 but it doesn't feel like it. The AP3 are not forged which gives some players a feeling of less touch. I personally didn't feel that.

We rated it as one of the best golf irons 2019 because of the combination of its feel and distance. It gave me an average of 10 yards more compared to my AP1 while at the same time allowed me to hit many more good shots due to its forgivess. In no place in time did I have the feeling of misshitting with the AP3

If you are currently looking for new irons from Titleist and are stuck between the AP1 and AP2 here is something interesting for you. From what we tested, the 7 iron to pitching wedge felt A LOT like the AP2 while the longer irons felt much more like the AP1. And this is a good thing since you want to have the forgiveness of the AP1 on your longer shots.

The P760 is a special iron due to the added speed foam in the clubhead which is probably the greatest invention in golf from the last year or two.

The shorter irons look very nice with its hollow cavity like style. The longer irons are single piece cavities. This will appeal to the better player rewarding good shots with even more feel and a better spin rate. One thing I should mention here is that due to the shorter irons being hollow cavities, there is no speedfoam in those. So hitting a 7 Iron will give you the speedfoam effect while an 8 Iron won't. Taylormade is aware of that and this is why they gradually decrease the amount of speedfoam in the irons so that there is no "sudden" drop off. See the image below for better understanding:


If you're looking for a players iron you have to check them out and give them a try. The ball flight by the P760 is amazingly precise while bein very "touchy". When testing them I was stunned by the feedback they gave me. Good hits feel butterly soft while bad shots felt "OK".

If you currently play the P750 or P770 you should definetly upgrade to the best golf iron for 2019! You will love the forgiveness combined with great power.

The sweet spot on this club offers an excellent launch on the ball but it's important not to expect anything exemplary. The club is called rescue but it's not necessarily designed for extreme power. It can shorten club lengths but their version of a hybrid 3 wood for example will not produce any extra carry distance when compared to any other standard hybrid.

Jason Day's favourite putter for 2017 with a lovely design and limited edition. Featuring a simple white line on top this putter is called "the red monster" due to its impressive performance last year on the tour. So many players reported that they improve their putting game just by getting this beauty in their hands and I absolutely agree. The Taylormade Spider feels great in my hands and is very easy to swing in a perfect line.

Dustin Johnson is also winning tournaments on the PGA Tour with this putter now. The distance control is definetly the best thing about it. I had not problems at all with getting the right amount of length on my putts and (that's the reason why I play it) there is no way that I'm going to miss my putts by 3 or more feet with this one! #4 Wilson Staff Men’s D200

Wilson’s new 268g, matte black driver is for golfers that want light clubs in their hands for a lot of power. It’s extremely precise and due to its weight gives you nice distance on your shots without much effort. Surprisingly but true, this driver has a great stability throughout the swing even though it is very light weight.

#2 Callaway Great Big Bertha Epic Driver 2017

It was hard for me to decide which driver deserves the #1 spot on out Top 5 Best Golf Drivers 2017 list and this one is so good, I’d like to say that this one is #1, too. Callaway came up with an amazing driver this year for all handicaps, whether you are a beginner, intermediate or pro. Our Callaway Great Big Bertha review results were very clear. There are no weaknesses with this driver and it stunned us with all of its strenghts. Amazing design, great sound, feels very nice, very long and even more forgiving. The new JailBreak technology works very good and gave me and other players I saw good 10-20 yards compared to their current drivers.

I have never tested a driver with a launch that good and I didn’t believe how good the JailBreak is until I tested it. It is really hard to describe this driver since everything is exactly as I want it. I highly recommend you to test this one as soon as possible! This could make your 2017 a lot better!
